What Is Taekwondo?
Taekwondo is a korean form of martial arts. also known as Tae (foot/leg) Kwon (punch / fist) Do(art/way). this is an Olympic sport since 2000 . this was the time when first time taekwondo was introduced in Olympic as a guest sports, from then till now it is the most systemic and scientific combat sports in the world.
it evolved continuously for example in the early days its was manual scorring system , then letter they moved into ESS means electronic scoring system . now it is PSS which means protective scoring system.
taekwondo headquarter is Kukkiwon all the black belts arround the world are certified by kukkiwon only.
world taekwondo is responsible for all the events and championships happen in the world. In India it is Known as India Taekwondo.
Poomsae

Kyurogi
Kyorugi, the Korean term for sparring in Taekwondo, involves two students engaging in combat while equipped with protective gear like helmets and chest protectors. This practice, common in Taekwondo schools, helps students develop their skills, strategy, and timing in a controlled environment.
