Established in 2016, Bodhi Dharman Martial Arts Academy proudly serves as the official representative branch of Shaolin Temple India, operating under the expert guidance of Shifu Kanishka. Committed to continual growth and staying abreast of the latest skills, we strive to deliver unparalleled training experiences.
Our mission is to empower individuals with self-defense skills, helping students to achieve their goals being champion in different levels helping them develop not only physical strength and skill but also mental resilience, discipline, and confidence.
Founder
I am Praveen Shrestha, founder of Bodhi Dharman Martial Arts Academy and an associate instructor in SKC RAT Military Combat, specializing in self-defense and street survival.
As the Head of Shaolin Punjab, affiliated with Shaolin Temple India and recognized by Shaolin Temple China, I hold a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo and a 3rd Dan Black Belt in Kung Fu. My mission extends beyond just teaching martial arts; it is about empowering individuals, especially women, with the skills and confidence needed for self-defense. I am dedicated to creating a safe environment where every woman feels strong, confident, and capable of protecting herself.
